Channels: Creator Program
Guides creator program strategy for AI/SaaS products. Long-term partnerships with creators for content co-creation and brand building. Differs from affiliate (sales focus) and influencer (paid promotion focus).

Initial Assessment
Project context: Read root contextus.md when present and load only the modules relevant to this task. Without Contextus, use available project material or user-provided facts and ask for missing information; do not create a parallel context system.
Identify:
- Product type: AI tool, design tool, CMS, marketplace
- Content need: Tutorials, templates, use cases
- Creator target: Followers, niche, content quality
