使用说明

Hotel Concierge MCP Server

An MCP (Model Context Protocol) server that enables Claude to act as a hotel concierge—checking availability, making reservations, and handling guest services.

Part of Dark Agent Factory, built by Desert's Edge Solutions.

What is MCP?

Model Context Protocol is an open standard that lets AI assistants connect to external tools and data sources. This server gives Claude the ability to manage hotel operations.

Extending for Production

The database module (database.py) uses SQLite with mock data. To connect to a real property management system:

  1. Replace the database functions with API calls to your PMS
  2. Add authentication/credentials handling
  3. Map your PMS data model to the tool interfaces

Use Cases

Hospitality

  • Hotel front desk assistant
  • Guest self-service concierge
  • Reservation management

Training

  • Staff training simulator
  • Process documentation

Testing

105 automated tests (pytest) cover the database layer, server tools, resources, and end-to-end flows.
