Claude会自动检测你正在谈论的技能，并提交完整的反馈。

错误报告

当某事不起作用时，只需说：

克劳德将：

需求:

  • Node.js 18+
  • Python 3.8+
  • ServiceNow帐户（surf.ServiceNow.com）

快速安装:

cd mcp-server
./install.sh

运作原理

自动检测

当你说“报告错误”时，克劳德：

  1. 扫描最近的对话（最后10-15条消息）
  2. 查找最后一个MCP工具调用
  3. 提取技能名称
  4. 捕捉相关上下文

上下文捕捉

对于错误报告，捕获：

  • 工具名称和参数
  • 错误消息
  • 预期行为与实际行为
  • 用户描述

如需增强功能：

  • 当前限制
  • 期望的改进
  • 用例和好处

对于新技能：

  • 需要解决的问题
  • 预期功能
  • 为什么现有技能不起作用

SBO创建

使用以下命令创建ServiceNow SBO：

  • 标题：“｛表情符号｝｛类型｝：｛技能名称｝”

所有反馈都作为ServiceNow中的标准SBO请求进行跟踪。

认证

使用与其他ServiceNow技能相同的基于浏览器的身份验证：

  1. 运行安装脚本
  2. Okta登录时浏览器打开
  3. 完整MFA
  4. 凭据缓存在 ~/.servicenow_surf_session.json
  5. 过期时自动刷新

故障排除

工具未显示？

  • 完全重新启动Claude
  • 开始新的对话
  • 检查配置文件路径是否为绝对路径（非相对路径）

身份验证错误？

  • 重新运行： python3 src/utils/login_and_extract.py
  • 完成浏览器登录
  • 检查凭据： ls -la ~/.servicenow_surf_session.json

无法检测技能？

  • 明确提及技巧：“使用create sbo请求报告错误”
  • 克劳德会问是否真的模棱两可
