一个快速的CLI工具，可以将您的ChatGPT导出转换为有组织的Markdown文件，构建搜索索引，并提供MCP服务器，以便Claude可以本地搜索和读取您的对话历史记录。

步骤1：导出您的ChatGPT数据

首选 chatgpt.com
单击您的个人资料图标（左下角）> 设置
首选 数据控件
点击 导出数据 > 确认导出
等待OpenAI的电子邮件（通常在几分钟内到达）
从电子邮件中的链接下载ZIP文件

ZIP文件包含 conversations.json 您所有的聊天记录。

提示： 导出包括您的所有对话——如果您有数千个聊天记录，这可能需要一段时间。

步骤2：安装chatgpt2md

选项A：预构建二进制文件（推荐）

第四步：联系克劳德

自动（推荐）

chatgpt2md install --index ./chatgpt_chats/.index --chats ./chatgpt_chats

这配置了两者 克劳德桌面版 和 克劳德代码 自动。

在运行安装之后， 重新启动克劳德桌面 以使更改生效。

连接后，您可以问Claude以下问题：

命令参考

`convert` （默认）

将ChatGPT导出转换为Markdown文件。这是默认命令，您可以省略 convert.

chatgpt2md [convert] <INPUT> [OPTIONS]

Arguments:
  <INPUT>              Path to .zip export or conversations.json

Options:
  -o, --output <DIR>   Output directory [default: chatgpt_chats]
      --flat           No year/month subdirectories
      --include-system  Include system/tool messages
      --no-index       Skip building search index

`serve`

启动MCP服务器（stdio传输）。这是Claude自动调用的，您不需要手动运行它。

chatgpt2md serve --index <PATH> --chats <PATH>

`install`

自动配置克劳德桌面和/或克劳德代码。
