气象MCP服务器
使用Open Meteo向LLM客户端提供天气数据。
特征：
- get_current_weather（城市）：温度、条件、湿度、风
- get_forecast（城市，天数）：1-7天预测
- get_weather_alerts（城市）：从预报（大雨、大风、严重代码）中导出警报
- 资源
weather://cities/supported：支持的城市列表
运输：
- STDIO:MCP_TRANSPORT=STDIO（本地开发）
- HTTP:MCP_TRANSPORT=HTTP（生产；公开FastAPI端点和/健康）
设置：
- 构建图像：
