Zadarma MCP Server for Poke

An MCP server that exposes Zadarma telephony tools — make calls, send SMS, check balance, view call history, and more — for use with Poke or any MCP-compatible client.

Available Tools

make_call Initiate a callback (calls you first, then connects to destination)
send_sms Send an SMS message
get_balance Check account balance
get_call_price Get per-minute price for a number
get_call_history Get call statistics for a date range
get_pbx_call_history Get PBX call history with recording info
get_call_recording Get a download link for a call recording
get_speech_recognition Get transcription of a recorded call
list_phone_numbers List all virtual numbers on the account
list_sip_accounts List SIP accounts
get_sip_status Check if a SIP account is online
list_pbx_extensions List PBX internal extensions
get_pbx_extension_status Check if a PBX extension is online
set_caller_id Set caller ID for a SIP account
get_redirection Get call forwarding settings
set_redirection Enable/disable call forwarding
number_lookup Look up carrier/type info for a number
get_tariff Get current tariff plan and usage
get_timezone Get server time and timezone

Setup

1. Get Zadarma API credentials

Go to my.zadarma.com/api and generate an API key + secret.

2. Local development

pip install -r requirements.txt
export ZADARMA_API_KEY="your_key"
export ZADARMA_API_SECRET="your_secret"
python src/server.py

Server runs at http://localhost:8000/mcp

3. Test with MCP Inspector

npx @modelcontextprotocol/inspector

Connect to http://localhost:8000/mcp using Streamable HTTP transport.

4. Deploy to Railway

  1. Push this repo to GitHub
  2. Go to railway.app → New Project → Deploy from GitHub repo
  3. Add environment variables in the Railway dashboard:
    • ZADARMA_API_KEY = your key
    • ZADARMA_API_SECRET = your secret
    • PORT = 8000
  4. Railway auto-detects Python and deploys

5. Connect to Poke

In Poke, go to Integrations → New Integration:

  • Name: Zadarma Telephony
  • Server URL: https://your-app.up.railway.app/mcp
  • API Key: leave empty (or add auth if you extend the server)
