Trillium MCP Server
MCP server for Trillium Solana validator analytics. Connect your AI agent to query live, sub-epoch metrics (last few minutes through 7 days) and historical per-epoch analytics (epoch 552 onward — 450+ epochs and growing): validator performance, APY, MEV, stake pools, skip rates, anomalies, and more.
Hosted endpoint: https://mcp.trillium.so/mcp
Use the URL exactly as written — no trailing slash.
…/mcp/returns a redirect that some MCP clients do not follow.
Connect Your Agent
Claude Code:
claude mcp add --transport http trillium https://mcp.trillium.so/mcp
Claude Desktop / claude.ai: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, with URL https://mcp.trillium.so/mcp
ChatGPT: Settings → Apps → Advanced → Developer Mode, add MCP server URL https://mcp.trillium.so/mcp
Cursor — add to .cursor/mcp.json:
{
"mcpServers": {
"trillium": {
"type": "url",
"url": "https://mcp.trillium.so/mcp"
}
}
}
Codex — add to ~/.codex/config.toml:
[mcp_servers.trillium]
url = "https://mcp.trillium.so/mcp"
Any other MCP-compatible client: connect with the streamable-http transport.
Tools
Seventeen tools in two families. Live tools answer "what is happening right now" from Trillium's real-time ingest pipeline, over rolling time windows. Historical tools answer per-epoch questions from finalized epoch data.
Live (rolling windows)
| Tool | Description |
|---|---|
get_live_current_epoch |
Current epoch, highest slot ingested, and ingest freshness |
get_live_top_validators |
Top validators over a rolling window by rev, rev_per_cu, blocks, priority_fees, tip_deposits, or rakurai_tip_deposits |
get_live_network_stats |
Network-wide totals for a rolling window — blocks, revenue, fees, tips, compute units, transactions |
get_live_validator_blocks |
Block-by-block detail for one validator — CU, fees, tips, revenue per block |
get_live_client_distribution |
Validator-client breakdown (Jito, Frankendancer, Agave, BAM, …) — blocks, validators, and rev/CU per client |
get_live_stake_distribution |
Stake distribution by continent, country, metro, or client_type |
get_live_skip_rate_timeseries |
Network-wide skip rate over time, auto-bucketed to the requested window |
get_live_anomalies |
Recent anomaly events — slot-fill, vote latency, clock skew, and similar detectors |
get_live_anomaly_rate_timeseries |
Anomaly count per bucket over time, split by severity |
Historical (per-epoch)
| Tool | Description |
|---|---|
get_validator |
Look up a single validator by name, identity pubkey, or vote account |
search_validators |
Filter, sort, and rank validators (leaderboards, rankings, filtered queries) |
get_epoch_summary |
Network-wide aggregate stats for an epoch (total stake, MEV, APY, SOL price, validator counts) |
get_validator_history |
10-epoch performance trend for a validator |
compare_validators |
Compare 2–5 validators side by side |
list_stake_pool_validators |
Find validators delegated to by a stake pool (JITO, MARINADE, BLAZE, etc.) |
list_epochs |
List recent epochs with metadata (SOL price, validator count, timing) |
submit_feedback |
Send feedback about the service to the Trillium team |
Example Queries
Once connected, ask your AI agent:
- "What's the skip rate for Trillium validator?"
- "Top 10 validators by revenue in the last hour"
- "Which client is producing the most blocks right now?"
- "Any network anomalies in the last 30 minutes?"
- "Top 10 BAM validators by APY"
- "Compare Helius and Jupiter on skip rate and MEV"
- "Which validators does the Jito stake pool delegate to?"
- "How has validator X's APY changed over the last 10 epochs?"
Data Notes
- Stake and rewards in SOL. APY, commission, and skip rate are percentages.
- Epochs are ~2-3 days long (432,000 slots each)
- Client types: 0=Solana Labs, 1=Jito-Solana, 2=Frankendancer, 3=Agave, 4=Paladin, 5=Firedancer, 6=Jito BAM, 7=Sig, 8=Rakurai, 9-11=Harmonic family, 12=FireBAM, 13=Raiku
- BAM = Block Assembly Marketplace, DZ = DoubleZero, SFDP = Solana Foundation Delegation Program
Full Documentation

Legacy stdio server
trillium_mcp_server.py in this repo is the legacy stdio build: it covers only the eight historical tools, has no access to the live pipeline, and no longer tracks the hosted server. Use the hosted endpoint above instead. The file remains only for reference.
